The bathroom is also located in the rear corner with a spacious 32 in. x 40 in. shower with a seat, foot flush toilet and a sink and vanity. Upgrades include: 50 amp service with 2nd A/C prep. roof ladder, tankless water heater with an adjustable digital temp guage. Outside mini kitchen with griddle, sink with hot/cold water and a 1.6 cu.ft. mini-fridge. Total length is 30.7 ft. Weight is 5,403 lbs. and a 19 ft. power awning with LED lighting.
